Good Monday night! We’re heading into an unusually mild stretch for late October, with several days of sunshine and temperatures more typical of September. Tonight stays mostly clear and cool, with lows falling into the mid-40s. Tuesday through Friday look very mild to warm, with highs climbing from around 70 Tuesday into the low to mid-70s by Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Much of that stretch looks dry, making it a great week for yard work, fall cleanup, or just getting outside while the warmth lasts. Our next weather maker arrives this weekend. Saturday and Sunday both look warm but increasingly windy, with a chance of a few showers developing. Rain chances are only around 30% right now, so this does not look like a washout, but the late-week system could still have an impact on weekend plans depending on how it evolves. Behind that system, a much cooler air mass arrives Monday. Highs fall back into the mid-50s, bringing a much more typical late-October feel.
